Testing . . .

Thanks to the recent guilt encouragement from members of extended family (*cough* Gord *cough), I've decided to have a go at getting the blog up again :)

Actually, I've been wanting to do it for a while now, but technical difficulties got in the way, so this post will be a test to see how things go. I'd they go well, I will post a bunch of pictures!

Now that summer is here, everyone feels like there is a second to breathe again. Not that I'm complaining! We've had a great year, for sure, but there is great satisfaction in having a moment to look around you and address things that have been piling up, while also taking the time to stop in between and watch the kids catch bugs, swing, pick raspberries, play in some water, all that good stuff.

So, since I've been so delinquent, here are a couple of pictures from the past couple of months :)

Jackson's teacher held a kindergarten graduation in late June, and oh my gosh, how cute it was! They sang a song about metamorphosis and did four dances. It was the cutest thing ever! My mic is a tad broken, so the sound probably won't work on this video, but still, very cute!
